1) check in your unwanted items and pay £3 at the front desk
2) get a stamp which grants you all day access
3) tokens credit is added to your membership card
4) browse and pick some pre-loved clothes
5) check out at the front desk and “pay” using your tokens
Bring the quality you expect to find. For hygienic reason and as a courtesy, wash all items before the event. We accept any season & size clothes, shoes, bags & accessories.
Please note: max 10 items pp of which only 3 accessories.
No: jewelry, bathrobes, pajamas, underwear, lingerie, slippers, socks, stockings, badly stained or ruined items. Check buttons, zips, scan for rips, tears,loose sequins or beading, etc. Items received that fail to meet these standards will not be accepted.
